The soundtrack of the film Drive had been sitting in my head for a while. That specific atmosphere — cool, synthetic, slightly melancholic, built for forward motion. When I heard a new track by The Arch, I knew immediately what to do with it. Not after analysis. In the first few seconds of listening.
